 17 ways to lose weight fast:
1.Swap the all- or- nothing approach for one or two healthy switch- ups in your daily routine.
Dieting means not only to count calorie that comes from your dinner but also those that comes from every food you eat. Most importantly, there is no specific timing for dieting.

2. Swap your go- to order:
Make your visits to restaurants less frequent. Choose the one with less calorie if you must eat at restaurant.

3.Skip the salty aisle:
Do not take snacks to your home. In this way, you need to come to store every time you are tempted and this very inconvenience will make you forget about snacks.

4.Have a 300- calorie breakfast:
It is not a good idea to skip the breakfast.Skipping it will only make you more hungry. You can have a sand witch with natural peanut butter and apple butter for a breakfast.

5. Try fitting on your old skinny jeans.
 This determination will always give the energy required. You can run at least 20 hours a day during your lunch hour.

6. Leave ill habit:
Just quit your smoking habit and join the gym club.

7. Do a purge:
Substitute the food you are over- indulge in with similar but less calorie foods. For example an ice cream can be replaced with Special Chocolaty Delight Cereal.

8. Healthy up your happy hour:
Usually happy hour comes in the evening right after your office work. Then you indulge yourself in the party mood and get tempted with high calorie food. So you might want to change your happy hour time and also the happy hour meal if possible.

Take motivation to get involve in exercise from as many things as possible. You might want to try loading your mp3 with songs revoking high level of energy.

10. Pile on the veggies:
Veggies usually have less calories than meat. So give focus on veggies whenever eating.

11. Give your attention to exercise:
Try fitting in the exercise whenever possible. Exercise varies from dancing to simply jumping. You do not have to always go to gym club for exercise. You can dance while dish washing.
