What to wear for party

1.For Men:
A tuxedo can never go out of date. Although not to look too conventional, i suggest you not wear a tie. You might also try slipper with your tuxedo. Asking the host is not a bad idea if its possible. This way you don't have to worry about looking awkward.
A pair of casual pants with navy blazer is also fine idea.
You might even try dark jeans with smoking jacket. You just have to remember to make one thing seems little off so that the whole attire looks appealing.
All faded jeans goes well with scoop- neck T-shirts.
You might want to try Plush velvet jackets in dark blue or rich burgundy with silk jacquard dress trousers.
My favorite is the tuxedo with a pair of draw string trousers and a plain black T-shirt. But you can also try a velvet tux jacket and put it with a white shirt and black jeans and black tie.

2.For Women

For bridal party
A bridal party does not always remain a bridal party. Celebrations like Engagement party, bridal shower, bachelorette party and rehearsal party comes unhinged with the bridal party. You need the killer outfit for all those occasions too. Here are some of the lists for you.

For Engagement Party:
A lace sheath is sophisticated yet festive. You might want to go for blue color as it will flatter the skin tone of any bride- to- be. A crystal bracelet as an accessory goes well with the sheath.

For Bridal Shower:
Opt for a dress with a unique detail like saturated water color print.A full length skirt with a pearl necklace is the perfect outfit for bridal shower.

For Bachelorette Party:
You might want to try a pink sequin dress for this special occasion. The edgy earrings made out of black crystals will be a perfect accessory for the sequin.

For Rehearsal dinner:
Anything that has a classic cut and bold pop of color looks fine for this occasion.
